PAYMENT METHODS

LOCAL ORDERS

Payments can be made via GCash, GoTyme, or BPI bank transfer.

Please send proof of payment upon checkout to artiens.byshaniqua@gmail.com. Orders with unsent receipts will not be processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Payment via PayPal only with 2% transaction fee + 1% processing fee.

SHIPPING METHODS

LOCAL SHIPPING (PH)

Orders for on-hand items are shipped out every Monday. Tracking numbers will be sent to your provided e-mail once your order has been picked up by the courier.

Regular courier shipping is done through J&T. Shipping rates vary depending on area/province. All orders are shipped from Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For same-day delivery, you will be contacted through e-mail when the package is ready for shipment. Delivery will be booked and paid by the customer.

For event pick-up, you will be contact through e-mail or instagram to ask which event you would like to pick your package up at.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping for international orders is done through DHL and MyKartero only. To determine the shipping rate for your country, please send an e-mail to artiens.byshaniqua@gmail.com or send a DM to instagram.com/artiens.studios for faster communication.
